This one has a red nose, so that would make him a type2 red / also called a selfcolored red.
Clear red would have a black nose.

Here is a chocolate baby just days old / with a clear red litter mate. Chocolates also have a selfcolored nose.
It's not a chocolate if it has a black nose.

Here we have 10 day old fawn babies and on the right is a 3month old fawn puppy.
Not min pins but the color will be the same.

Are AKC registered [ at this time can't be shown in the breed ring in the USA, but can be shown in other classes ] A Min Pin will/would be registered as Tan/red markings with AKC
If a breeder tells you that AKC won't register them , that breeder doesn't know the facts.

Is a red with intermingling of black hairs in its red coat.

Will look like the black & rust but the marking on a Black & tan will be lighter in color [ in some to a point of looking yellowish ]
