Policy for
Approved Bitch
·
Bitch must be in GOOD health, condition, proper weigh have a
current brucellosis test [within 60 days of
breeding] with a negative result, be free of all parasites, be current with all
vaccinations/ heartworm check.
·
Bitch must be within
A.K.C. standards, all
A.K.C. papers must be in proper order according to regulations. I will need a
photocopy of her AKC registration certificate.
·
Bitch must be Patellar Luxation
negative/clear, a statement from your vet on vets’ letterhead, prefer OFA
certified.
·
Puppies
resulted from this breeding are not to be sold for resale purposes (pet shops /
brokers) or testing labs Or to other breeders that sell to (pet shops /
brokers) or testing labs Or to breeders that breed 3 or more breeds.
·
All puppies that are
sold resulting from this breeding are to be sold with up to date shots,
worming, health certificates, pets are to be of limited registration with a
spay/neuter contract.
·
If a puppy is to be
sold for breeding, the bitch owner MUST have approval from the stud owner in
writing.

First pick of the litter puppy will be chosen between eight
(8) and (9) weeks of age.
A.K.C. paper work and/or papers will
be signed at this time.
When moneys are exchanged for
service, fee payment is due at the time of breeding.
A.K.C. paper work will be signed
when litter is at two (2) weeks of age.

Minimum of one living
pup to one (1) week of age.

If no pups are
produced, then a return breeding will be given to the same bitch.

A.K.C. papers will be
signed when stud fee is satisfied.

Stud fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

I DO NOT
guarantee sales of your puppies.

Stud owner is NOT
responsible for any veterinarian fees or any other costs resulting from this
breeding.
